Salinas Stories: Cultivating Knowledge, Life & Literature in Salinas is a two-year collaboration of the Salinas Public Library and the National Steinbeck Center. This project is made possible by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services. The Institute of Museum and Library services is the primary source of federal support for the nation’s 122,500 libraries and 17,500 museums. The Institute’s mission is to create strong libraries and museums that connect people to information and ideas. For more information please visit www.imls.gov

Historias de Salinas: Cultivando Conocimiento, Vida y Literatura en Salinas es una colaboracion de dos años de la Biblioteca Publica de Salinas y El Centro Nacional de Steinbeck. Este proyecto es hecho possible por una beca del Instituto de Servicio de Museo y Biblioteca de los Estados Unidos. El Instituto de Servicio de Museo y Biblioteca es la fuente primaria de ayuda federal para las 122,500 bibliotecas y 17,500 museos de la nacion.
